1. If you haven't done so already, please dial (480) 635-1000, or simply go to CONTACT US, in requesting the free "get-acquainted" visit with your sitter. We ask that you plan to spend about an hour with your sitter. This will provide an opportunity for you to educate your sitter about various matters of importance, to include your pet's routines and the location of supplies (pet food, toys, treats, leash, cleaning supplies, etc.).

contact information for one or more persons locally
who are authorized to make emergency domestic and pet care decisions – should you not be immediately reachable.

various professionals who may be helpful to your sitter in the event of an emergency, for example: vet, plumber, electrician, yard or pool maintenance, security company if applicable, etc.

2. To maximize your time together, it is requested that you begin some of the All Critter Sitter paperwork prior to meeting. Two forms – the pet profile and the client profile – can be printed from the tabs located in this section. A separate pet profile will be required for each pet. Your sitter will be happy to answer any questions that you may have in completing these forms.

3. It is suggested that you have an extra house key ready for your sitter at the get-acquainted visit. This will save time and prevent a surcharge for picking up the key at a later date. Clients wishing to join the "Ready-Key Program" should provide two keys to the sitter.

The Ready-Key Program is recommended for clients who frequently need a pet sitter. It allows for your assigned sitter to continually maintain a key while a duplicate is also maintained at the ACS administrative office. In the event your assigned pet sitter becomes ill or injured, then another ACS sitter would be able to fulfill the assignment without unnecessary delay. The Ready-Key Program is strictly voluntary and incurs a one-time administrative fee of $5.00.
